Para garantizarle una estancia con las máximas condiciones de seguridad y calidad, y preservar la baja incidencia epidemiológica del archipiélago:
Es imprescindible presentar en este establecimiento un certificado que demuestre la realización de un test de diagnóstico de infección activa por COVID-19 con resultado negativo.
- El test debe haberse realizado durante las 72 horas previas a la llegada a Canarias y estar homologado por las autoridades sanitarias de su país o de la Unión Europea.
- El certificado es obligatorio para mayores de 6 años que quieran hospedarse en cualquier alojamiento turístico de las Islas Canarias.
- Puede presentarse en formato digital o en papel.
- Deben constar la fecha y la hora de la realización del test, los datos de identidad de la persona, el centro autorizado responsable de la verificación y el resultado negativo.
- No se exigirá dicho certificado a los/las viajeros/as que acrediten (con su documento de viaje) que hace 15 días que están en las Islas Canarias, ni a los/las residentes canarios/as que declaren no haber abandonado el archipiélago en los 15 días previos a su llegada al establecimiento. Tanto residentes como
visitantes no podrán haber presentado síntomas compatibles con COVID-19 en ambos periodos.
Hyde Park Lane denegará el acceso a toda persona que no cumpla las condiciones previamente descritas.
Excepcionalmente, y en el caso de que demuestre su disponibilidad para realizarse un test diagnóstico, le informaremos del centro autorizado más próximo y permitiremos su acceso y pernoctación el tiempo imprescindible para obtener los resultados.
Hasta entonces, no podrá abandonar su unidad alojativa.
Es obligatorio descargar y mantener activa durante su estancia en las islas, así como los 15 días inmediatamente posteriores a su regreso a su lugar de origen, la aplicación móvil de alerta de contagios RADAR COVID.

To ensure a stay in the maximum conditions of safety and quality, and maintain the archipelago’s low incident rate for the pandemic:
You must present a certificate to this establishment to show that you have tested negative for active COVID-19 infection.
- The test must have been taken in the 72 hours prior to your arrival in the Canary Islands and be approved by the healthcare authorities of your country or of the European Union.
- The certificate is compulsory for everyone over the age of six who wishes to stay at any tourist accommodation in Canary Islands.
- You may show a digital or hard copy of it.
- It must contain the date and time the test was taken, the identity of the individual taking it, the authorised organisation responsible for verification, and the negative result.
- This certificate will not be required from visitors who show proof (in the form of their travel document) that they have been in Canary Islands for 15 days or for Canary Islands residents who declare that they have not left the archipelago in the 15 days prior to arriving at this establishment. Neither residents nor visitors must have had symptoms of COVID-19 during that time.
Hyde Park Lane will deny entry to anyone who does not camply with the above condition.
As an exception, and if you state that you are willing to take a diagnostic test, we will provide you with details of the nearest authorised centre and we will allow you to enter and stay for the minimum time required to get your results. You will not be able to leave your accommodation unit until the results are received.
You must download the RADAR COVID contagion notification app and keep it enabled on your mobile during your stay in the islands and for the 15 days immediately following your return to your place of origin.

IN DIESER EINRICHTUNG MUSS EINE BESCHEINIGUNG VORGELEGT WERDEN, AUS DER HERVORGEHT, DASS EIN DIAGNOSTISCHER TEST AUF EINE COVID-19-INFEKTION MIT NEGATIVEM ERGEBNIS DURCHGEFÜHRT WURDE.
- Der Test muss innerhalb von 72 Stunden vor der Ankunft auf den Kanarischen Inseln durchgeführt und das Testverfahren muss von den Gesundheitsbehörden Ihres Landes oder der Europäischen Union anerkannt worden sein.
- Diese Bescheinigung ist obligatorisch für Personen über 6 Jahre, die in irgendeiner Touristenunterkunft auf den Kanarischen Inseln übernachten möchten.
- Sie kann in digitaler oder Papierform vorgelegt werden.
- Die Bescheinigung muss das Datum und die Uhrzeit des Tests, die Identität der getesteten Person, das für die Überprüfung zuständige medizinische Zentrum, die Art des Tests sowie das negative Ergebnis enthalten.
- Eine solche Bescheinigung wird weder von Reisenden verlangt, die (anhand ihrer Reisedokumente) nachweisen können, dass sie sich seit 15 Tagen auf den Kanarischen Inseln aufhalten, noch von Residenten der Kanarischen Inseln, die erklären, dass sie den Archipel in den 15 Tagen vor ihrer Ankunft in der Einrichtung nicht verlassen haben. Weder Residenten noch Besucher dürfen in diesem Zeitraum Symptome aufweisen, die auf COVID-19 zurückzuführen sind.
Hyde Park Lane verweigert allen Personen den Zugang, welche die oben genannten Bedingungen nicht erfüllen.
Sollten Sie keine solche Bescheinigung haben und bereit sein, einen diagnostischen Test durchführen zu lassen, informieren wir Sie ausnahmsweise über das nächstgelegene, dafür autorisierte medizinische Zentrum und erlauben Ihnen, so lange in der Einrichtung zu bleiben, bis das Ergebnis vorliegt. So lange dürfen Sie Ihre Unterkunft nicht verlassen.
Wegen der Hinweise auf eine mögliche Ansteckungsgefahr ist es obligatorisch, die App RADAR COVID herunterzuladen und während Ihres Aufenthalts auf den Inseln sowie 15 Tage nach Ihrer Rückreise aktiv zu halten.
